I was born in turin Italy in 1965 and raised in Switzerland. Started my interest in photography in my last years of high school. Studied photography in Switzerland at CEPP then in New York at ICP. My main focus has been portraits. Became the assistant of Sing-si Schwartz and taught with him a course for ICP named Psychological Portraits. My early work was mainly in the studio. The images I sent for the show are part of a series called °Window of the soul ° . Later on my images became less structured as not taken in studio any longer but through out trips. One of the projects was a trip in the holly land for the UNITALSI with 350 disabile people and the others where mainly done in africa during trips with NGO. Nowadays my interest shifted into nature landscape and cityscape.

Born and bred in New York City, Eric Haze has been influential in the worlds of graffiti, fashion, contemporary art and graphic design for over four decades.

Haze’s teenage years were spent as a founding member of the influential New York City graffiti collective The Soul Artists, with fellow crew members Futura, Lee and Dondi. Eric first exhibited his work at an early age in 1974 with other members of their collective, then went on to exhibit paintings and drawings alongside close friends such as Keith Haring and Jean Michael Basquiat in the early 1980’s.

After making his initial mark as a pioneer of graffiti’s emergence above ground, Haze made a career out of pushing creative boundaries in a number of mediums. Shifting his focus from art galleries to the graphic arts, Haze soon after emerged as the premier graphic designer of the exploding Hip-Hop movement. Throughout the next decade, Haze created iconic logos, album covers and identities for the likes of The Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, EPMD, Tommy Boy, MTV, and many others.

In 1991 Eric also founded his eponymous clothing and accessory brand, HAZE, which remains recognized as one of the original pioneers in the global street wear movement. The brand continues its global influence to this day, creating successful collaborations with industry leaders such as Nike, Casio, Sacai, Jimmy Choo and The US Olympic Ski Team. Best known for his iconic hand lettering, Haze remains one of the most sought after creatives in the worlds of contemporary design, street, and artists driven brand collaborations.

Meanwhile, the new millennium has also seen HAZE recommit himself seriously to painting and drawing again, with solo exhibitions in New York, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Paris.

His iconographic work lends itself to an array of important movements in art history, at times revealing elements of constructivism, futurism, abstract expressionism and action painting, balancing unique symbols, abstract shapes and intersecting lines to achieve a language that is both universal yet deeply personal at the same time. More recently, figurative work and portraiture has also worked it’s way into Eric’s repertoire, mining both his own personal history and that of his contemporaries, Haze’s latest paintings reflect his growing interest in their community and commonality.

HAZE currently lives and works out of Brooklyn, NY, where he lives with his wife, actor Rosie Perez.

Michael Tronn

Michael Tronn is an artist, cultural pioneer, and visionary producer whose work spans fine art, nightlife, design, and immersive experience in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and beyond. His multidisciplinary career has woven through major cultural shifts, from pioneering exhibitions and large-scale cultural productions to helping shape the evolution of entire creative movements in both art and nightlife.

Tronn’s art history includes several group shows in early Wynwood, followed by the solo exhibition "33.1: InsiTions" (an amalgam of the words insight, incite, and incision) at The Diaspora Vibe Gallery in Miami’s Design District. This show featured 36 twelve-foot muslin text-scrolls arranged in the round that, when read in sequence, transported viewers on a journey of awakening from ignorance to enlightenment. He later mounted another major solo exhibition, "Fuck Shame. Strip Fear", which sought to dismantle shame and fear surrounding nudity and the human body through oversized portraits of himself fully exposed. He has also exhibited in Los Angeles at the World of Wonder Gallery in their shows, "Just Britney" and "Andy: Dead at 21", and works from his early twenties were shown in an international exhibition in Mexico, where one of his pieces was acquired for a museum collection.

From the beginning, Tronn’s career intersected with cultural transformation. As a teenager, he frequented nightclubs AREA and Palladium, where he befriended and then later worked with Keith Haring on murals in Philadelphia and on the Statue of Liberty Project in New York. At 17, he was credited for being one of the two originators of New York’s Club Kids movement (New York Magazine cover “Club Kids” 1988, MTV 1989, Geraldo 2020), a phenomenon that solidified nightlife as a form of living performance art and then shaped it into an industry - with ripple effects still in effect globally. Relocating to Miami, Tronn became a leading force in both nightlife and culture, producing landmark events, spearheading major nightclubs, and simultaneously establishing himself as a pioneering artist in Wynwood, where district originators credit him with sparking the neighborhood’s now-famous mural trend.

As a producer and creative director, Tronn has staged more than 1,000 cultural experiences, generating over $200 million in revenue and drawing more than a million guests. His work with the City of Miami on rebranding and development earned him recognition as one of the 10 Most Important People in Miami and one of the 50 Most Powerful. His influence has also brought him frequent media appearances across television, print, and film, and his story has been documented in every major book on nightlife.

Tronn’s art has evolved from subversive and confrontational to colorful and inviting, by design and on purpose. While his themes—self-discovery, unity, and the celebration of diversity and uniqueness—have always remained (along with his desire to educate against bigotry and prejudice), he made the conscious decision after "33.1: InsiTions" and "Fuck Shame. Strip Fear." to create a visual language accessible to everyone. Rather than purposefully creating argument and intentional conflict, his work has grown into becoming a Technicolor Trojan Horse filled with love—designed to awaken audiences across boundaries of age, background, culture, and nation.

Today, Tronn continues his multidisciplinary practice between South Florida and New York. His current flagship project, Starseeds: The Smiley Heart Universe, illustrates his philosophy that the creation of the universe is purposeful, playful, and soulful—while creating a new mythology rooted in fact-based science and quantum physics. Extending from fine art and storytelling into immersive experiences and public global imaging, Starseeds: The Smiley Heart Universe is envisioned not only as gallery art but as a legacy-scale cultural movement: one intended to reach and inspire millions, carrying a mission of awakening, love, and the remembrance of a foundational truth—that we are related to each other at the beginning of creation, and one with the world, the universe, and the origin of all existence.

Learning to live out proud happened slowly.

Watching these brave leaders gave many of us the courage.

Larger than life fluidity caused ripples creating fissures, showing a whole new generation that we could be who/what we needed to create.

The old binary book could be tossed out the window and a new presentation became possible a third person, we hadn’t formulated the vocabulary yet but were well on our way.

Approaching creation took a lot of that spirit, I knew I wanted to make art, I imagined a different approach. Visiting the American Folk Art Museum on a class trip I was fascinated by the sequined Voodoo flags. Synchronizing Yoruba and Catholic saints was normal as I grew up with Yoruba practitioner parents. A lot of my references weren't so defined and became clear to me long after the fact. I watched as Keith Haring painted Patricia Fields store window on 8th St, It was the Free South Africa T shirt we were promoting (1985) seeing the faces on everyone and the joy and support left its mark as well. Working with Patricia Field buying, selling and later pushing our partnership to costume designing allowed me to push my visual vocabulary for the world to see (I’d always been drawn to Derek Jarman and Fassbender and dreamt of working in film) Patricia created the space for creativity to flourish, she invited me to work for her at 17 yrs old in her shop and I took the ball and ran with it.( we were at Danceteria when she approached me) I was a fixture and remain a nightclub fixture since the eighties. During the 90’s I worked in the Harm Reduction community running and creating spaces for the disenfranchised ( AIDS was devastating us). My joy was working at the first Harm Reduction program for Transgender participants.(Early 2000’s) We provided space, groups and a medical doctor to see our community ( the two facilitators Arlene Hoffman and Chloe Dzubilo created the structure for how the medical community handled and cared for the TG community, which is the foundation still to this day

) It remains one of my proudest moments to support and protect the dolls.

Trans illumination a process describing how stained glass casts a spell in a space creates a euphoria that I try to invoke. Using glitter adhered to glass/acrylic creating a floating portrait of these warriors my punk version of a 21st Century iconography. Backed with fluorescent panels the pieces scream look at me! The subjects of my current work include many pre internet trans-sisters, most I have crossed paths with and watched with fascination as they created a space where they held court and demanded respect (not always getting it but fighting tooth and nail for it).

The Leigh Bowery. In 2012 I received a copy of the Hilton Als' book, Leigh Bowery, Leigh Bowery. While going through the pages I felt a mix of sadness and joy. Leigh was such a force, a catalyst, an innovator, and friend. Overwhelmed with gratitude I wanted, needed to honor this incredible contribution. I started at the beginning with Leigh & Trojan’s "P*kis from Outerspace," waltzing through the years ending with PVC-U Later (one of Leigh’s dressed-to-thrill looks). It was a small drop in a sea of looks that Leigh’s incredibly prolific life of creative magnificence and beauty gave unto the world. My piece is a humble homage to his greatness.

Guido Brancher

Guido Brancher understands himself as a cultural mediator, a mediator of all cultures. Since his move to Berlin 2017 he has become an integrate part of the city’s creative scene. Born and raised in Dusseldorf (Germany), art is in his DNA. From adolescence on, he hung around the galleries and artists of the renowned art-academy such as Joseph Beuys, Gerhard Richter and Jörg Immendorf. Later on it was the photography of artist/professors Bernd and Hilla Becher whose images showed beauty and poetry in the ordinary that formed his vision. He studied design and art history at PARSONS in Paris and New York where he dove into the exuberant creativity of the post-Warholian night life. His diploma in hand, he worked as a fashion designer for prestigious houses in Paris and the US before opening his own small couture house in Los Angeles. On his return to Europe he realized that fashion was now less about creation and more about story-telling and brand strategies. As a result he broadened his field of action and worked for leading creative agencies in Paris. He took the opportunity to switch to the client side when the GRAND PALAIS offered him new opportunities, first in fund raising, then in event organisation. While working in the corporate field, he continued to pursue his artistic carreer as a portrait and fine arts photographer with exhibitions in Paris, Berlin, New York and Vienna. Now working out of Berlin, which he considers to be the current European epicenter of young creativity and cultural experimentation, he organizes cultural events and insider tours to share his passion for this vibrant city with others. He always vindicated being a tourist wherever he lived and never took these magical places for granted.

Gregg Minerva

My work is rooted in energy-how it moves, resonates, and shapes the spaces it touches. Energy is never still; it vibrates, flows, and transforms. From the ocean I learned this truth early on: waves travel across vast distances, carrying unseen power, colliding and merging in endless patterns. They are both physical events and metaphors for human connection-forces in motion, always changing, never disappearing:

I see each piece I create as an expression of these movements. Texture becomes vibration captured in form; rhythm becomes visible in the marks, layers, and surfaces I build. My process mirrors the physics of waves: frequency and resonance shaping not only matter but also the way we experience time, memory, and relationships.

Against this flow, I construct monolithic concrete forms-solid, weighty presences that interact with the currents of energy around them. These forms act as both obstacles and companions: resisting, redirecting, and amplifying the invisible forces that move through space. Concrete, with its permanence and density, becomes a counterpoint to the fluidity of waves. In their meeting, new rhythms emerge: the dance between what endures and what is in constant motion.

I move between the primitive and the futuristic in my work: the primal sensation of raw material and texture paired with the abstract language of vibration and flow. What emerges are not static objects but records of interaction-gestures suspended in time, resonating with what came before and vibrating toward what has yet to unfold.

Ultimately, I want my work to remind viewers that we are part of these same forces. Like waves colliding with stone, we rise, connect, crash, and return each moment both fleeting and eternal in the endless physics of becoming.

Jojo Americo

J

Jojo Americo (American, b.1963) is an interdisciplinary artist, musician and designer based in the Bronx, New York City. His visual works—in the form of acrylic and enamel paintings on board and fashion garments—incorporate collage, graphic design, and appropriation art techniques to recontextualize the iconography of popular culture, often culled from classic horror cinema and the rock music of his youth.

As a designer, Americo created the brand 1919 Jewelry For Happy People (2013), making use of handmade clay beading, leather and materials from his frequent trips to Thailand. Expanding to customized fashion garments, under the name Barbara Eighty Eight (2020), he utilizes dye-sublimation printing, heat press, embellishment and painting to convey signature analog and digital graphics across t-shirts, sweatshirts, A-line dresses, tights, and trench coats.

A graduate of Pratt School of Design, Americo first worked in jewelry design, while establishing himself as a personality, doorperson and DJ within Manhattan's thriving nightlife industry of the 1980s and 90s. Mentored by fashion entrepreneur Patricia Field, he served as Visual Director of the original Patricia Field boutique and was a founding member of the House of Field. He joined the electronic dance music group The Ones (1998), releasing multiple singles, including Flawless (2001) which entered the UK Singles Chart and was later sampled for George Michael's single Flawless (Go To The City) (2004). The Ones signed to Virgin Positiva Records and released the album, The Ones (2007). Americo continues to DJ, and hosts Nu-Waves & Gay Dreams, an internet show for Sojourn Radio.

It’s not often that the bold and the beautiful aesthetic of New York City can blend with that of nature’s. But in the life of artist and conservationist Kevin McHugh, they’re one in the same. Traveling between the worlds of New York nightlife, fashion and music, McHugh became a fixture of them all. He has traveled the world managing the careers of influential artists and DJs and is now traveling that same path with his own art.

McHugh has successfully merged his interest in marine life and passion for conservation into one-of-a-kind pioneering sculptures. The pieces are meant to change the way people perceive the passé notion of "trophy fish" by transforming the idea into stunning works of art. The custom fiberglass pieces are meticulously encrusted with Swarovski crystals, glass mirror tile and other textiles.. Each crystal is hand-applied individually. Most pieces take an average of one to two months to complete.

McHugh’s pieces are in collections around the world in Armenia, Spain, Dubai, Thailand and Brazil to name a few. He is an official partner with Swarovski as well as the conservation society Oceana and WildAid McHugh has been named an official artist of the Coachella Music and Arts Festival for ten consecutive years. Coachella has now added a filter of McHugh’s DiscoShark to their Virtual Reality app.

McHugh has been exhibited in both traditional and non-traditional settings. His pieces have sold from gallery walls, art fairs, hotel lobbies, charity auctions and nightclubs. His last sold out show was at Sconci Gallery in Dubai. His work has also been featured in The NY Times.

A portion of the proceeds from all works sold is donated to marine research and conservation organizations.

McHugh is also the Chief Happiness Officer at the Lower Eastside Girls Club where he is an active advocate for the underserved in his community.
